Passed B.A. and LL.B. Examination from the North Bengal University. Practiced as an Advocate since 2008 in both Civil and Criminal side in different Courts of Sikkim including High Court of Sikkim. Also had held the post of Law Officer of Animal Husbandry Lifestok Fisheries Department, Govt. of Sikkim and State Trading Corporation of Sikkim, Government of Sikkim prior to joining Sikkim Superior Judicial Service on 11.12.2017. Was posted as Director, Sikkim Judicial Academy, Gangtok and had also held the post of District & Sessions Judge, Special Division-II, Gangtok, Sikkim before being transferred to Namchi as District & Sessions Judge, Namchi, Sikkim on 1st July, 2022.
